Our Staff
Don Clair
Don Clair earned a B.S. degree in Sociology and Education and continued on with graduate studies in Education at Drury College in Springfield, Missouri. After completing a long career with the U.S. Government and the Department of Justice, Don retired from that field in 2000. Over the past two decades, Don has also designed and delivered cognitive behavior coaching programs for individuals and corporations of all sizes as well.
Don has worked with a number of Foundations for nearly 10 years. He served as the team leader for the “Canadian Foundation for the Prevention of Family Violence”, a modeling group that designs methods to intervene and prevent family violence in Canada. Don also worked with the Anthony Robbins Foundation and in 2005 was asked to be a member of the board of the Human Rights of Children based on continued service to difficult populations held at Oxford University, UK.
Don has authored four books in varying fields of psychology and personal development. His latest was co-authoring a work with Dr. David Stewart and Sandy Sutter, called “Healing: God’s Forgotten Gift” He and his wife, Jane, have six adult children and currently reside in Waterloo, IL.
Sandy Sutter
Sandy Sutter has spent the past thirty-four years serving in the non-profit sector in both paid and unpaid staff positions. After raising a family, Sandy returned to college to complete her B.A. degree in Communications and Management with much of the course work targeting the non-profit sector. She spent nearly seven years serving in various roles at a large church in St. Louis County, including Communications Director. Over the past 20 years, Sandy has had numerous Bible studies published as well as articles on parenting. Her latest work was co-authoring, “Healing: God’s Forgotten Gift” with Dr. David Stewart and Don Clair.
Sandy and her husband, Norm, live on a farm outside of Millstadt, IL, where together with their son they raise chickens, turkeys, cattle and soon pigs on grass. She and Norm also have two married daughters who are now blessing them with grandchildren!
